What happened, and what did you expect? Steps to reproduce it help a lot.

We use what you send only to answer you, as described in the privacy policy.

Getting started

  1. Set your week, your policy and your period once. You can change any of them later in Settings.
  2. When you go in, tap “I went in today”. On the days you don't, there is nothing to record.
  3. Missed a day? Open the calendar and tap it to backfill, or add time off.

Your data

Your record stays on your device and there is no account. To keep a copy, open Settings, then Data: “Export backup (JSON)” saves everything, including your policy history, and “Restore from backup” brings it back. “Export as CSV” gives you a spreadsheet.

Requirements

iPhone with iOS 18 or later. English and Spanish.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. Office Wise works without an account, and your record stays on your device.

Is this a tool for my employer?

No. It is a personal app for one person, with no employees, managers or approvals. It helps you meet your own workplace policy with the fewest trips.

Do I have to log remote days?

No. You only record the days you go in. A past working day without an office record is simply a non-office day.

Which languages and iOS versions are supported?

English and Spanish, on iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
